Greystar to Launch First Residential Rental Brand in China
Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, a global leader in the investment, development and management of high-quality rental housing properties, has recently launched LIV’N, its first residential rental brand in China, amid rapidly increasing demand for professionally designed and institutionally managed rental housing in top-tier Chinese cities.
As planned, the first project under the brand will debut in Shanghai by the end of this year near Zhongshan Park in Changning District.

Located at 833 Changning Road, the 474-unit project will offer a variety of unit layouts starting from 50-square-meter studios to 149-square-meter three-bedroom apartments.
First tapping the Asia-Pacific market in 2017 by opening an office in Shanghai, Greystar is also present in Australia and Japan within the region.
